Delegat uses Microsoft Dynamics AX solutions, which uses Transport Layer Security (TLS), SQL Server cell-level encryption, and Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) to protect personal data while in transit and at rest.

We may transfer your personal information to our group companies. We may also transfer your personal information to third parties if needed to provide the services available on this website, with any such use to be in accordance with our instructions and will remain our responsibility. Otherwise we will not provide your personal information to any other third parties, unless there is a legal obligation to do so.

In sharing your personal information with entities within our group, our agents and third parties, we may transfer your information to other parts of the world. Delegat Group entities are bound by the privacy laws of the country in which they are based.
